A. The forum is only accessible through a secure password facility. The forum is public but only to those who have access to the user area.
Q. How do I obtain a Username and Password?
A. You would need to contact the Sailors’ Families’ Society and request one.
Q. Can anyone access this forum?
A. This forum is only used by families that we support.
Q. What if I forget my Username/Password?
A. You can either ring or email the Sailors’ Families’ Society and they will let you know what it is. We will however, need you to confirm your personal details before we can reveal your password.
Q. I am interested in contacting another family that I have been in contact with through the forum. How can I get in touch with them?
A. We will be happy to act as an intermediary and pass on your details such as an email address.
Q. If I no longer wish to use the Forum, what do I do?
A. As soon as you inform us of your request, we will remove your details from the Forum register so you will be unable to log in.
